What is Duella?
Duella is a debate app where you pick a side on real topics and make your case against real people. Instead of shouting into a comment section, you get structured one on one debates, honest feedback, and a ranking that rewards the strength of your arguments.
How do I do debates?
Choose a topic you care about, pick the side you want to defend, and get matched with someone who disagrees. You trade arguments in turns, and the stronger case climbs the ladder. You can jump into a random debate or start from a curated topic.
What is Practice Mode?
Practice Mode is where you learn the art of debating without the pressure of a live opponent. It helps you sharpen your reasoning, structure your points, and build stronger rebuttals. It is coming soon to the app.
What kind of topics can I debate?
Everything from politics and sports to culture and everyday dilemmas. If people genuinely disagree about it, it belongs on Duella.
Do I have to reveal my identity?
No. You debate under a profile of your choice, so the focus stays on the quality of your ideas rather than who you are.
Is Duella free?
Yes. Duella is free to download and use. If we add optional premium features later, the core debating experience will stay free.
When is Duella launching?
We are putting the finishing touches on the app. It is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play, so check back here for updates.
